As a Certified Professional Co-Active Life & Career Coach awarded by the Co-Active Training Institute and accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I apply my skills across stage performance, speech and drama teaching, and theatre production, as well as my own experience of being an entrepreneur and business owner, to offer professional development and coaching for corporate companies and company executives at all levels.

Having launched Centre Stage Coaching in 2013, I have facilitated workshops for various multinational companies and individuals employed in companies in the UAE such as Audi Middle East, DeVere, Media Interactive Agency, Reps Middle East, Jaguar Land Rover, Sanipex Group, Allen & Overy, Porsche and Emirates Airlines.

My programmes enable today’s leaders to be agile, collaborative, and, most importantly, relationship-focused, able to connect with, engage and empower employees. I provide specialist coaching in many areas, harnessing a variety of theatre performance and communication techniques coupled with my Co-Active coaching skills. I also offer tailor-made training courses to companies investing in the professional development of their employees.

By applying experiential exercises and acting techniques to create an environment of relaxation, creativity and confidence, I am able to deliver a unique and effective experience, ultimately diminishing fear and removing hurdles to improve learning.
