Personal Coaching

Life can sometimes be a challenge for us all, throwing curveballs along the way that we didn’t expect, leaving us feeling lost or stuck. A life coach is the perfect person to support you, with non-judgment and compassion, holding you accountable for the change you wish to see reflected in all areas of your life.

When you choose to be bold enough to live according to your values, you’ll begin to see more of what you desire showing up in your life and when your words and your behaviours are truly in alignment with your beliefs, that is when you can begin to live a truly authentic, fulfilling life.

In my coaching sessions, I create a confidential, safe and courageous coaching space to allow you to step boldly into your life – sometimes when you are not all that sure what it is you’re stepping into.

A relationship of confidentiality, trust, truth and non-judgement is established between us, allowing you to open up yourself to coaching and the growth and expansion it creates. I hold you accountable for your own process, believing you are naturally creative and resourceful, and already possessing the answers you seek within yourself.

My job is to be curious and ask questions – provocative, open-ended and inviting questions – that will encourage you to look in a certain direction without a preconceived conclusion.

The spaciousness of curiosity is miles wide and open for exploration. We enter this space together to look around and find the unexpected truth that will invite you to find your purpose and live a more fulfilling life.

Reflect and ask yourself:

What would you love to start? Would you like to understand yourself and your behaviour?
What is the gift of knowing yourself better? What no longer serves you?
How will improving your communication & understanding open you up to new possibilities and opportunities? What do you want to stop?
